Who we are

MeMeow ("we", "us") is operated by Rabbit Rabbit Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. You can reach us any time at support@memeow.app.

Early access

MeMeow is in an early-access period. Features are still being built, some content in the feed is test content created by the team, and things may occasionally change, break, or be reset. We'll be clear about what's test content and what isn't, and paid features won't charge you anything until they formally launch with their own clear terms.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Some features (such as the monthly sweepstake, when it launches) are restricted to members aged 18 or over.
• One account per person. Keep your login details private — you're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can close your account at any time from settings or by emailing us.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and distribute your content within MeMeow so the service can work (for example, showing your post in other members' feeds). You can delete your content at any time, which ends that licence except for copies needed for legal or safety reasons. Only post content you have the right to share.

Acceptable use

MeMeow is a kind corner of the internet. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or harmful to animals or people. Don't spam, impersonate others, scrape the service, or attempt to break or overload it. We moderate reactively: reports are reviewed and we may remove content, warn you, suspend, or ban your account. Serious cases (such as child sexual abuse material or credible threats) skip the ladder, result in an immediate ban, and are reported to the relevant authorities. If we ban you, you may appeal by replying to the ban email.

The Directory

Our charity directory is compiled from public sources (such as charity regulators) with the source shown on each listing. We work to keep it accurate but can't guarantee every detail — if you represent a listed organisation, you can claim your listing and correct it, free of charge. Donate buttons link directly to each charity's own website; MeMeow never processes third-party donations.

Memberships and payments

MeMeow is currently free to use. When paid membership launches, its price, benefits, charity allocation, and cancellation terms will be set out clearly before you pay, and cancelling will always be as easy as signing up — no dark patterns, ever.

No veterinary advice

Nothing on MeMeow — including posts from our mascot Jude — is veterinary or medical advice. If you're worried about your cat's health, please speak to a vet.

Liability

MeMeow is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, from member content, or from information in the Directory. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales — though if you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer rights your local law gives you.
