Is MeMeow free to join?: Yes. You can sign up free, browse the Directory, and post. A paid membership unlocks more AI treats, the monthly sweepstake, and charity allocation.
How do I sign up?: Use the Sign up button with your email or Google account.

How do I claim my charity's listing?: Open your listing in the Directory and click "Claim this listing". Verify with an email at your charity's domain, or upload your charity registration / IRS letter for our team to review (within 5 business days).
Does it cost charities anything?: No. Charity partner accounts are always free.
What's a referral link?: Once approved, your listing gets a link like memeow.app/ref/yourcharity. Paid members who join through it direct their monthly charity allocation to you.

What are treats?: Treats are the in-app currency for AI generations. Free members get a monthly allowance; paid members get more and can top up.
How do I cancel?: Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
A generation came out wrong — can I get a refund?: Yes. Report the generation and we'll refund the treats; clear failures are refunded automatically.

How does the sweepstake work?: Paid members are automatically entered in the monthly prize draw. A free postal-entry route is available too.
Can I make a memorial for my cat?: Yes. You can create a memorial profile to remember a cat who has passed.
